I added a charge bar for shooting and restrictions so its not so easy to kill the enemies. I was trying to make you able to shoot in the direction of the mouse, then I realized that won't be possible on an arcade machine :(

So my enemy bouncy collisions were behaving weirdly (not bouncing, bouncing to hundreds of pixels away) and I was trying to figure out why. Unfortunately, I couldn't fully fix it and I need to sleep now :')

I added a very scuffed shooting mechanic + spent a long time messing with scales and speeds to try to make the map smaller. The game takes so long to load, so hopefully this has improved things!

Update on first demo~
I fixed a couple of things from my first demo, including the dialogue manager and screen resizing. You can talk with the whale now!
(Apparently the error was only in the audio so all that time I spent scrutinizing the dialogue manager was for nothing loll)

First Demo~
After 5 hours of debugging I finally fixed one of my many build errors TT
The dialogue manager worked in the editor, but I had to disable it because it was causing build errors. So you will miss out on some whale puns :') At least the audio works now!
I still need to implement a lot of mechanics so all you can do right now is swim around. I'm pretty happy with how the ocean turned out though~
